Full refund policy

We offer a full refund for any course purchased on our website within 14 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team by email at support@course2certify.co.uk. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-7 business days of the refund request.

Refund process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the payment was made by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed to the same card. If the payment was made by bank transfer, the refund will be processed to the same bank account.

Refund eligibility

In the event that a student has not yet accessed their course and decides they no longer need to study our online course/s within 14 days, they will be able to request a refund. 

Changes to the refund policy

We reserve the right to change our refund policy at any time and without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website.

If you have accessed your course, you can still request a refund within 14 days of enrolment if you meet the following conditions;

  • Less than 1 hour study time
  • No modules have been marked as complete

To prevent theft, loss of training licenses, and fraudulent enrolments, we must ensure the fidelity of account usage.
